Wind turbine maker, Suzlon Energy Limited’s global headquarter in Pune was certified as an eco-friendly building by the US Green Building Council.
Named One Earth, the newly built headquarter received the Platinum certification of Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED), a green environment rating system that complies with the standards of the US Green Building Council.
LEED standards specify stringent norms to be met for the greenest, most energy-efficient and high performance buildings.
