Another high value deal in Mumbai

An apartment in the seven-storey Kamal Mahal building—originally called Sethna House—on Carmichael Road in south Mumbai is believed to have been sold at around Rs33-crore.

This deal has just taken place just weeks after a swanky duplex in Haji Ali’s Samudra Mahal building changed hands for a record Rs37-crore.

The fourth-floor flat belongs to the Bhagat family and has a carpet area of 4,171 sq ft. It had been on the market for 15 months. The identity of the buyer is unknown.
